By using this site, you agree to provide accurate information for event registrations, sustainable product purchases, or internship applications. Youth participants under 18 require parental consent forms (emailed upon registration). All sales are final unless defective; please note our eco-friendly shipping may take longer, and unopened products may be returned within 30 days for store credit. By purchasing, you support our zero-waste shipping initiative. Internship applications don't guarantee placement and require confidentiality agreements for sensitive projects. Event photos may be used for marketing (opt-out by emailing [your email]). All content including event materials and product designs is our intellectual property. We're not liable for injuries at events, product allergies (always patch test and check ingredients), or specific internship outcomes.
Return and Refund Policy
At YOLO, we stand behind the quality of our sustainable personal care products. Please review our policy before making a purchase:
Returns:
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
- To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued for defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Eco-Friendly Note:
To minimize waste, we encourage customers to fully use products before requesting returns. Damaged/defective items will be recycled responsibly.
Exceptions:
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
